Return & Exchange Policy – Streetbred

At Streetbred, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer an Exchange Only Policy. Please read the details carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds Policy

  • We do not provide refunds or store credits under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 2Β days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  • Only the same product in a different size or color (if available) will be offered in exchange.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or discounts.

  • Limited edition or exclusive drop items.

  • Accessories and gift cards (if applicable).


4. Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us.

  • After inspection and approval, your replacement item will be dispatched.


5. Shipping & Exchange Charges

  • If the exchange is required due to a mistake from Streetbred (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the exchange shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is requested due to a customer’s mistake (wrong size or incorrect order placed), a β‚Ή200 exchange handling fee will be charged.

  • Streetbred will cover the cost of sending the replacement product back to you (one-time only).


6. Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.


7. Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and product availability.
Streetbred reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
