2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time within India is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities usually receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • Unexpected delays (weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on certain products or during promotional campaigns.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status in real-time.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Streetbred is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

  • Streetbred will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses due to shipping delays.

7. International Shipping (Optional – if you plan future expansion)

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

  • International shipping may be introduced soon; updates will be posted on our website and social media.
